The Scientific Committee invites scientific abstracts for presentation during 59th Annual Conference of the Urological Society of India | USICON 2026, to be held from 29th January - 1st February, 2026 at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Given that the abstract will be reproduced, exactly in the form it is submitted, all authors are kindly requested to follow the guidelines, while submitting their abstract:

ABSTRACT FORMAT

WORD LIMIT: Within 300 words – excluding title, and the names of the author (s) and their institutions

CONTENT:

Objectives: State the main objective of the study
Materials and methods: Briefly describe the design of the study and how it was conducted
Results: Present the main results with appropriate statistics
Conclusion: Limit the conclusions to those that are directly supported by the results.

PRESENTING AUTHOR DETAILS:

The presenting author’s name, institution, address, telephone and email address must be provided.
Presenting authors must be registered for the conference. Only Registered delegates will be allowed to present.

Video Submission:

Only one video per abstract must be uploaded as a link to the video on the abstract submission page online.
All videos must contain the final edited version.
Videos should contain only the title; authors' names as in the abstract and place of work should also not be mentioned. This is to enable blinding of the material before being sent for peer review. Any submission not following the guideline will automatically be rejected.
The running time for the Prize session is 8 minutes and 6 minutes for the video session with 2 minutes for discussion.

DEADLINE:

All abstract must be received by 30th June, 2025

ACCEPTANCE

Presenting author shall be notified of the status of the abstract after review, by email. Selected authors will be informed by 31st August, 2025

ONLINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

You may submit your abstract online by clicking here and follow the instructions. Abstracts submitted via any other means WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

REMARKS

Deadline for abstracts submission is 30th June, 2025, 23:59 hrs GMT.
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed according to the Abstract Reviewing Committee’s rulings. The submitting author will be informed about the status of the submitted abstract (acceptance - rejection), and its presentation type. He/She will also be asked to complete the registration process. Abstracts for which registration process is not completed by 30th June, 2025 will be automatically withdrawn.
By submitting an abstract, the submitting first-author confirms that all information of the abstract is correct and has been approved by the co-authors.
Submission of an abstract constitutes the author’s consent for publication.All research-based abstracts will be published in the form of an abstract book.
The submitting author warrants on behalf of all co-authors and institutions that he/she is the sole owner or has the rights of all the information and content provided to 59th Annual Conference of the Urological Society of India | USICON 2026. The publication of the abstract does not infringe any third-party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
The Organizers reserves the right to remove any abstract that does not comply with the above.
